Folks: I just stumbled on your site and found three photos of a beloved friend, for whom I named my one son. I believe there exists few pictures of him and these were most welcome. Perhaps this is but one example of the value of your project! Colman King was my parish priest in Idaho as I was growing up and a dear, dear role model. I was his altar boy from the age of 6. He was revered by his parishoners and he accomplished a great deal during his tenure. I spent a month and a half with him in 1972 at the house on Glann road that Eamon built for him the year before he passed. I note that he (like my son) has trouble with folks misspelling his name (with the temptation to add an “e.”) I hope I can convey my joy at seeing his photos. He was a great man and a saint I am sure. Thank you for sharing!
I love the old photos they give a wonderful and rare insight into the past. Thank you for sharing them.
