Known as Paddy Tom Joe, he was born in 1906 the eldest child of Thomas J Walsh & Margaret Walsh.

On Thomas J & Margaret’s marriage record, Thomas & his father Pat were listed as a Smith.

Paddy had his forge in Fough West, the end of Camp Street, near the bridge.

Paddy was married to Julia Conneely.

Paddy passed away 21st Feb 1983 and Julia passed away 9th December 1997.
